		<description><![CDATA[The connection between your three examples isn&#039;t anonymity-it is mindfulness.  In each example, your brain doesn&#039;t and can&#039;t get away from you-you are right there in the moment and no where else. 

Conscious breathing at all times helps, as does occasionally asking yourself &#039;what am I doing now? &#039;  you can then focus on precisely what you are doing as though it is the most important thing in the world-and even something we usually rush (ironing, washing dishes) becomes enjoyable and fulfilling.
