Just wanted to say I love reading your posts and am totally with you on the experiences will be what stay with you for a lifetime! I wish, from time to time (especially when I see bright eyed backpackers) that I could pack up the family and travel from country to country experiencing life and gaining so much more than any textbook could teach x Enjoy beautiful girl, it will fly!

Another quote I’ve always like in a similar vein;

Basically the point I’m trying to make is that you’re pretty much a modern day Samurai x

The connection between your three examples isn’t anonymity-it is mindfulness. In each example, your brain doesn’t and can’t get away from you-you are right there in the moment and no where else.

Conscious breathing at all times helps, as does occasionally asking yourself ‘what am I doing now? ‘ you can then focus on precisely what you are doing as though it is the most important thing in the world-and even something we usually rush (ironing, washing dishes) becomes enjoyable and fulfilling.
